Dior Addict Lip Glow - Review

I feel like the minute I post this I am going to have hordes of devoted fans banging down my door with pitch forks and torches ready to hang me in my sleep and burn my body! But I am still going to say it! I don't get the craze about this lip balm!!

The scientific approach:
With its Color Reviver technology, Dior Addict Lip Glow reacts directly with the unique chemistry of each woman's lips before releasing its color ingreadient. Lips seem revived from within, amazingly fresh, full and radiant. Its formula, enriched with wild mango and luffa cylindrica, cushions lips in comfort. Moisturizes, smoothes and softens your lips to become more beautiful day after day. It blends seamlessly with the lips for a makeup result that stays intact all day.

What its supposed to do it bring out the natural color of your lips as well as moisturize it. Don't get me wrong it is an amazing lip balm, left my lips feeling soft and moisturized. It has an amazing smell, and unfortunately only left my lips slightly stained. Maybe I don't have enough natural coloring for it to bring out. But that being said I still found it to be just that a lip balm! Only difference is it is a very expensive lip balm.

It retails for R389 and you can get it at most dior counters.

  1. That's exactly why I wouldn't buy it, even though it looks great. I would rather take that R389 and buy a fabulous lipstick instead. There are lots of balms out there which are awesome and less than half the price!

  2. I have heard so many people complain about the colour. I get nice pink lips every time, not sure if it is because I am so fair. But to me this lip balm is amazing and people need to realize it is just a lip balm, as I said in my post. But it is a very pretty lip balm :D
